Three issues

In my efforts to reduce the bills in my house I just downloaded this app.
Issue 1: first call I made to my wife she didnt pick up on her cell because the call originated from Thailand!!??! (We live in Canada). I could just imagine the cost of receiving the call!!
Issue 2: the cost of a call to her was three credits. She didnt pick up. My free three credits gone.
Issue 3: the way you can get free credits is by watching 30sec videos. It limits you to 5-7 per session. So I made two free calls. And didnt even get to talk to anyone to test the connect quality.
